2/22: Group @ Church, 5:30-7:15p. As Christians, we are to be peculiar, ‘other’, different. When it comes to money and stuff, however, we oftentimes fail to be different. Come to Group this week for our new series Backward$, where we will understand what it means for us to practice generosity.
High School Youth Group News
2/19: Group @ Church House, 6-7:15p. Join us as we continue our series Rescued from an Ordinary Life, where we’ll be covering the second installment of John 10:10: I came.
High School Soup & Bread Lunch
The High School Youth Group invites you to come to the Soup & Bread Lunch. Let our students serve you as you enjoy the best homemade soups & breads our congregation has to offer!
We’d love for you to take part in this lunch; here’s what you can do:
1) Mark your calendars; lunch will be served on Sunday, March 4th, after second service.
2) Email Michael to provide soup or bread for this lunch.
Come and share a warm meal with us while supporting the Senior High mission trip to Jackson, Mississippi next year.
Confirmation: Service-in-Action Sunday
Confirmation is more than a step towards membership or spiritual maturity; it’s about helping students find a ministry in which they can serve. This Sunday, our confirmation students will be participating in Ushering, Children’s Message, running slides, counting loose offering, and serving during Coffee Hour. Praise God through his work in our students, and pray for them as they consider how they will lead & serve after Confirmation Sunday!
